Dhalpur, 18 December 2011 - Though the government highlights in pen and papers different schemes and projects in the name of solving unemployment proplems in the state in reality implementation is not done in an efficient way.

Such is the case with an unemployed youth of Kachua Goan under Lakhimpur district named Suresh Hazarika,a graduate unemployed youth. As he said,"I applied for a loan in Lakhimpur district D.I.C. Office under the Prime Minister's Enterprenur Generation Programme in the year2010 so that I can do something for my employment. But though I have completed all requirements and formalities, almost two years have elapsed but still I am not getting the loan. As per my knowledge though the depertment of Khadi and village Industrial Corporation sent the proposal to Allahabad Bank,Jamuguri branch the bank authority returned the proposal to the concerned department back and gave the reason as the technical problem of the band."

Again with lots of efforts the youth brought the proposal to the Allahabad Bank, Jamuguri branch but the branch manager refused to give the loan and said that he has come only for some essential work and can not sanction PMEGP loan to anybody. This responses of the various authorities of the government departments and irresponsibilities have depressed the educated unemployed youth and he condemned such mis-management of the governmentat projects.
